Program Overview
This presentation is intended for school nurse educators and university research faculty who are interested in helping develop clinical guidelines themselves, or have their doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) students work on guidelines as part of their doctoral projects.

Learning Outcomes
As a result of participating in this educational activity, learners will be able to:

  • Be able to articulate the reason for using the Model for developing evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Articulate the steps of the model to develop evidence-based clinical guidelines.
Intended Audience
School nurse educators and university research faculty; or doctorate of nursing practice (DNP) students.
