NASN Affiliate Leadership Academy is an interactive educational session for NASN affiliate and special interest group leaders. Each year, this event is a rich environment for education and information sharing in the areas of advocacy and use of data, association management, and membership. The agenda focuses on developing networking strategies in advocacy; learning association management concepts; and further developing plans for recruitment, retention, and engagement of members. Returning this year are Leadership Roundtables to connect elected school nurse organization leaders and chairs of NASN Special Interest Groups for learning and exchanging information, ideas, and insights. Roundtable topics include association management, membership, and advocacy. Each affiliate organization is eligible to enroll two delegates and each SIG Chair (or designee) is eligible to enroll in this event at no registration cost.
